Hi, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Robyn, and I am a twenty-something high school teacher and healthy living newbie. I became interested in healthy food and fitness about a year ago, 9 months after marrying my best friend. After seeing our wedding photos, I realized how much my health had taken a backseat to graduate school, wedding planning, and other goals. Yikes!
Soon after this shocking realization, my hubby---the most generous person I know---gifted me a gym membership and 12 months of weekly personal training sessions. Although I got off to a VERY slow start, I have lost 25 pounds (so far) and discovered two new loves--yoga and healthy cooking. Today, I am continuing to look for ways to create (and maintain) a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Thank you for joining me on my journey to build my very own healthy nest.
